     Spaghetti squash casserole 2

Ingredients
3 pounds squash, halved and seeded
1 T oil
1 med onion chopped
1 8 oz can sliced mushroom
1 t dried basil
3/4 c sour. Ream
1/2 cup Parmesan
Cubed bread but I don't use
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400. Cook squash until tender and seed and shred. Cook onion in oil and then stir in mushrooms and basil. Mix with sour cream and squash and parm. Bake 15 min until top ins toasted. Can sprinkle with parm on top.
