     CHEESECAKE TRUFFLES

Ingredients
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese,
2/3 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
12 whole cinnamon sugar graham
crackers, crumbled to 1 1/3
 

Instructions
Combine cream cheese, 1 cup of the crumbs, pecans and vanilla. Blend well. Shape into 1-inch balls and roll each ball in remaining 1/3 cup crumbs. Cover and refrigerate. Makes 36 Truffles. May be frozen. To serve when frozen: Thaw wrapped Truffles in refrigerator for 4 hours.
tastes good but needs more flaver added to it going to try dippg in a glaze beforethe nuts and graham crackers
