1/3 Cup (16 tbs) Extra virgin olive oil

1 1/2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
|

1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
|

4 Teaspoon Honey
|
| |
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
|
| |
1 ripe Hose, Bartlett or Anjou pears
|
| |
5 cups washed and torn assorted gourmet mixed salad greens
|

Stilton or Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
|
| |
black pepper
|

Instructions |

1. Place oil, vinegar, mustard, honey and salt in small bowl.
Blend together until combined.
