     Grilled Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
3 cobs of sweetcorn
1 bunch of asparagus
1 can of mixed beans (garbanzo, pinto and black)
1 container of grape tomatoes (halved)
1/3 of a red onion chopped
Small container of feta crumbles
1 ripe avocado diced
 

Instructions
Asparagus and corn seasoning- - Olive oil - Salt - Pepper - Paprika
Dressing- - Juice of 1 lemon - Equal part olive oil to lemon juice - 1 tsp salt - 1 tsp red pepper flakes - 1/3 c fresh cilantro
Coat asparagus and corn in seasoning and grill until cooked and tender. Cut corn off of cob and quarter the asparagus stalks. Drain beans, emulsify dressing ingredients, dice red onion. Put all preparations in a container and shake. Refrigerate for a couple of hours.
