Preheat oven to 400F. Create "taco shape" out of tortilla and place in greased 9x13 pan. Fill with beans, beef, salsa and cheese. Bake until warmed through (7-10 minutes).
Remove from pan and sprinkle w/ cilantro and lettuce. Top with sour cream and salsa if desired.
