     Cashew Chicken Sauce

1 Cup water
1 T. cornstarch
2 chicken boullion cubes
1 T. oyster sauce
chopped green onions

Mix cornstarch with 1/4 cup of the water, set aside. Bring rest of water to boil and add bouillon cubes. Cook till they are dissolved. Add cornstarch, stir and cook till thickened, add oyster sauce, onions and cashews. Pour over chicken and rice. Add water if sauce is too thick. This recipe makes enough for ove person.
