     Choclate Easter Muffins

1 1/4 cups of plane flour
1/4 cup of coca powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cups of brown suger
100g margarine (1/3 cup & 1 teaspoon)
2 eggs
1/2 cup of milk
mini chocolate easter eggs
muffine papers

1. trun oven on to 180oc. 2.line muffin tins with muffine papers. 3.Stif flour, baking powder,bown suger and coca into a bowl. 4.mmake a well in the dry ingredients. 5.Melt the margarine in a microwave safe bowl (20 sec or until melted). 6.add eggs and milk. stir to combine. 7.add the moist ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients and stir to combine.
8.use a dessertspoon to spoon a heaped spoonful of mixture into the muffine papers, add an easter egg and then another spoonful of mixture on top to cover the easter egg. 9. repeat until all mixture is used. 10. bake in oven for 15-20minutes until cooked. on a wire rack. 12Store in an airtight container when cool.
