1. Turn oven on to 180 oc
2. Line muffin tins with muffins papers
3. sift flour, baking powder and coca into a bowl

4. make a well in the center of the dry ingredients
5. melt the margarine in the microwave safe bowl (20 sec or until melted)
6. add eggs and milk. stir to combine
|

|
7. add the moist ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients and stir to combined
8. use a dessertspoon to spoon a heaped spoonful of mixture into the muffin papers, and an easter egg and then another spoonful of the mixture.

9. repeat until all mixture is used
10. Bake in oven for 15-20 bminutes until cooked
11. cool on a wire rack
12. store in an airtight container when cool
