     Sausage Cheese Balls

Servings   3-4 Dozen

Ingredients
1 lb Sausage - Your Choice
2 cups Shredded Cheese - Your Choice
2 3/4 cups Bisquick
Water - OPTIONAL / AS NEEDED
 

Instructions
Preheat over to 350. Mix sausage, cheese and bisquick. You may need a lit water if it's not moist enough.
Roll into 1" balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10-15 minutes.
Place on paper towels to absorb excess grease. Can be served hot or room temp. Can be frozen too.
