     FREEZER MEA;L - Easy Lasagna

Ingredients
1 lb. hamburger
Italian seasonings
2 tsp. oregano
2 cans tomato sauce
1 pkg. curly noodles
1 (16 oz.) sour cream (or try cottage cheese or ricotta cheese or plain yogurt)
1 lg. cream cheese
Grated Cheddar cheese
Optional:
 
Onions
mushrooms
Kimberly Harmon has a simliar recipe, only she does not use
tomato sauces or any seasoning or sour cream- she uses
ricatta cheese instead
Instructions
Cook hamburger. Drain off excess grease. Add desired Italian seasoning and oregano. Add tomato sauce.
Cook noodles. Drain.
Mix sour cream and cream cheese with noodles. Layer noodle mixture and meat mixture in oblong casserole pan. Top with grated cheese. Microwave until heated and cheese is melted. Or heat up in oven, probably on 350 or 400 degrees, try 15 to 20 mins, keep watching till cheese is melted, Maybe even cover it for the first 10 mins, then uncover and cook till cheese is melted.
