     Brown Sugar Cupcakes

1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 stick of butter
1 cup - 2 tbsp brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup - 2 tbsp. buttermilk

Preheat oven 325 degrees, line muffin tins. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Cream butter and brown sugar on medium speed until fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating until each is incorporated. Add vanilla. Mix and scrape sides. Add flour mixture in 3 batches, alternating with 2 additions of buttermilk, beating til combined.
Divide batter evenly among lined cups. Fill 1/2 way full. bake for 25 minutes.
