Then last 5 to 10 minutes remove the foil and finish cooking. Take out of the oven and using two forks shredd the inside of the squash. It will look like golden pasta. This is wonderful with a little butter , salt and pepper. Or used as pasta with your favorite pasta sause over top of it.
