     Fruit Raw Pie

Ingredients
2 Cups raw nuts (pecans, almonds, walnuts, macadamia nuts)
1 Cup Pitted Dates
A Splash of Vanilla
2-3 Avocados
2 Cups Frozen Berries
1 Lemon
1 TBSP Agave
2-3 Kiwis
 

Instructions
Crust - In a vitamix/food processor put the 2 cups of nuts and grind. Do not soak the nuts. Then add the dates and vanilla. Spread the crust evenly in a glass pie plate.
Filling - Peel avocados and place in vitamix with frozen berries. Squeeze the juice from the lemon into the vitamix along with the agave. Blend these together. You mad add a little water if it is too thick. Pour the filling into the crust. Slice the kiwis thin and place on top. Place in the freezer for a couple of hours to harden. Take out 30 to 40 minutes prior to serving.
