     Lentil Soup

Ingredients
Olive Oil - enough to sautee the onions and celery
1 Cup Diced Onion
1 Cup Diced Celery
1 Cup Diced Carrots
1 Cup Crushed Canned Tomatoes
2 Cups Lentils
3 - 4 Cups of water depending on how brothy you want the soup
1 - 2 TBSP Bragg's Liquid Amino's
1/2 TSP Garlic Powder
 
Salt

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large soup kettle and saute onion and celery. Add carrots, canned tomatoes, lentils, and water. Cover and cook for 35 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the remaining ingredients (seasonings) and cook for an additional 15 minutes. If the lentils are not fully cooked, add more water and continue cooking.
