     Hot Artichoke & Spinach Dip

Ingredients
8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
14 oz can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 C spinach, cooked and drained
1/4 C mayo
1/4 C parmesan
1/4 C romano cheese (or all parmesan)
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp basil
1/4 C shredded mozzarella
 
1/4 tsp garlic salt

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Cream together mayo, parmesan/romano cheeses, garlic, basil and garlic salt. Mix in artichoke hearts and spinach.
Spray a pie plate with cooking spray. Pour in dip and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 25 minutes or until top is browned.
Serve with tortilla chips or toasted bread.
