     Avocado Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing

Ingredients
Honey Mustard Dressing-
3 heaping tablespoons of course ground or whole grain mustard
1 ½ teaspoons honey
1 tsp red wine vinegar
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
Salad-
Mixed greens
1 avocado, chopped
2 tablespoons dried cranberries
 
½ cup croutons
Instructions
Mix all ingredients for the dressing in a bowl. Top greens with avocado, cranberries and croutons and toss with mustard dressing.
