     Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
1/2 C. Vegetable oil spread
1/4 C. Flour
2 C. Milk
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
12 oz. pkg. macaroni cooked and drained
20 Ritz crackers crushed (1 C.)
Hot dogs or ham chunks (optional)
 

Instructions
In a sauce pan, over medium heat, melt 1/4 C. Spread. Blend in flour. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and begins to boil. Stir for 1 minute. Stir in cheese until melted. Combine cheese sauce with macaroni in 2 quart casserole. Add cooked hot dogs or ham Chunks now if desired. Melt remaining spread and stir in crackers. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
