-barley- 2 cups without chilka
-Wheat- 1 cup
-chana daal- 1 cup
-rice- 1 cup
-3 pound beef bone less and 3 cubes beef stock
or get 3 pound beef boneless with some bones
-salt
-red mirchi- 1 1/2 thsp
-garam masala- sabat
-haldi- 1 teaspoon
-ginger garlic paste- 2 tablespoon
-2 tomato
-onion- 2 onions
-green mirchi- 4- 5
Add 1 liter water, beef, tomato, 3 thsp yoghurt, green mirchi, tomato, onion, and all spices and put in pressure cooker, put on high heat for 10 mins then put on very low heat for 1 1/2 hour.. then seperate water and take the beef and cook with some oil, take out all the garam masala, and tomato chilka.
For daal
Take the beef water and add the wheat, barley, ginger, garlic paste, 1 teapoon salt, 1 teaspoon red mirch, haldi- 1/2 teaspoon, or add spices to taste. Once its boiled, put on low heat and cook for an hour. Take daal and rice together and cook until cooked. Once everything is cooked
