     Sweet and Spicy Korean Rice Cakes

Ingredients
1 bag of finger shaped rice cakes
1/2 sweet onion
1 green onion diced
3-4 spoonfuls of spicy red pepper paste
1 spoonful of sugar
1 cabbage shredded
1 package of fish cake cut up into bite sized pieces
cornstarch
3 hard boiled eggs (optional)
 

Instructions
Cook the rice cakes in a wok with 2-3 cups of boiling water. Add the vegetables and red pepper paste and bring it all to a boil until all the vegetables are tender. Add a spoonful of cornstarch at the end to thicken the sauce. Boil some eggs and add it to the dish. Serve immediately.
