In 2 quart saucepan melt butter. Add bouillon. Blend in flour and poultry seasoning.
Gradually add milk & lemon juice; cook over medium low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Stir in celery, pecans, & chicken. Cook 2-3 minutes until heated through. Spoon over biscuits, toast, English muffins, or waffles.
