Heat large skillet over medium/high heat, add olive oil, add chicken sprinkled with salt & pepper. Cook till lightly brown on each side (3-5 min). Add onions, white wine, & rosemary & stir. Add broth & stir. Add cream & stir. Simmer for few min until chicken fully cooked. Serve over wild rice or pasta. Can double sauce if like a lot of sauce over pasta.
