Combine cream cheese, sugar, and egg. Cut Cookie dough in half. spread 1/2 on bottom of 8 x 8 pan. Put in cream cheese mixture next. Crumble remaining dough on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes.
