1. Butter a 13x9 inch pan.
2. Measure cereal into a large bowl.
3. Heat 5 c of the marshmallows, the chocolate chips, corn
syrup,and butter in 3 quart saucepan over low heat stirring
occasionally until melted.
4. Remove from heat.
5. Stir in vanilla.
6. Pour over cereal in bowl; quickly toss until evenly coated.
7. Stir in remaining marshmallows.
