     Wildtree Quinoa & Pea Tabouleh

Ingredients
2c frozen peas, thawed
3 scallions, chopped fine
1 pint grape tomatoes, quartered
4 c cooked quinoa
1/4 c mint leaved, finely minced
1/2 c Italian parsley, chopped
1T Wildtree Tzatziki Blend
1/2 c lemon juice
1T Wildtree Roasted Garlic grapeseed oil
 
1T Wildtree Organic Rodeo Rub
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2T maple syrup or honey

Instructions
In large bowl, combine cooked quinoa, peas, scallion, tomatoes, parsley and mint.
In small bowl, combine lemon juice Wildtree Roasted Garlic Grapeseed oil, Wildtree Tzatziki seasoning, Wildtree Organic Rodeo Rub seasoning, maple syrup/honey, and salt. Whisk to combine.
Pour dressing over quinoa/veggie mixture. Toss well to evenly distribute.
Can be served chilled or room temperature.
