In large bowl, combine cooked quinoa, peas, scallion, tomatoes, parsley and mint.
In small bowl, combine lemon juice Wildtree Roasted Garlic Grapeseed oil, Wildtree Tzatziki seasoning, Wildtree Organic Rodeo Rub seasoning, maple syrup/honey, and salt. Whisk to combine.
Pour dressing over quinoa/veggie mixture. Toss well to evenly distribute.
Can be served chilled or room temperature.
