Salad- 4 cups mixed salad greens, 1 small red onion thinly sliced,
2 tomatoes cut into wedges, 1 seedless cucumber thinly sliced
1/4 cup peanuts coarsely chopped to sprinkle on top (optional)
Instructions
Combine all marinade steak ingredients except steak
in a small bowl and whisk until smooth. Pour over
sirloin steak and marinade in a covered container or
freezer bag overnight in the refrigerator.
Remove meat from marinade and thinly slice. Set
aside in a bowl. Heat olive oil in a wok or heavy
frying pan and add beef. Stir fry quickly until it
is medium rare. If you like your meat fully
cooked, keep on heat until completely browned. Do
not overcook meat or it will become tough.
Combine all dressing ingredients and set aside.
Arrange tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, and steak
slices over salad greens, top with dressing and
serve. Optional- sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.
