     Butterscotch Banana Bread

2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
4 medium overripe bananas
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp milk
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1/3 cup butterscotch baking morsels

Preheat the over to 350 degrees. Pan spray a loaf pan ( I prefer using a gadget that has 4 mini loaf pans attached together).
Sift together flour, baking soda, and baking powder into a medium bowl. Set aside.
In a large bowl cream the butter with sugar and mashed bananas. Add eggs and stir. Add butterscotch morsels, milk, lemon juice, salt, and nuts. Mix thoroughly.
Add dry ingredients amd mix until just combined. Pour into the prepared pan. Bake about 1 hour in attached pans or 1 hour and 15 minutes in a single loaf pan. Do the toothpick test and see if it comes out clean. If not, bake a little more.
