|
Stir honey and oil together in a bowl. Add milk and
eggs and beat well.

|
Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl. Add to wet
ingredients. Mix until flour is moistened.
|
|
|
Cook on medium heat griddle. Be patient they cook a
little more slowly than regular pancakes and will be
a little darker in color.
|
|
|
serve with real maple syrup. (Great option for
those avoiding sugar and white flour).
