     Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 TB honey
3 TB oil
1 cup buttermilk
2 large eggs
 

Instructions
Stir honey and oil together in a bowl. Add milk and eggs and beat well.
Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl. Add to wet ingredients. Mix until flour is moistened.
Cook on medium heat griddle. Be patient they cook a little more slowly than regular pancakes and will be a little darker in color.
serve with real maple syrup. (Great option for those avoiding sugar and white flour).
