1 lb lean ground beef
|
|
1 medium onion, chopped
|

1 package taco seasoning (1 oz)
|

1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chilies
|

1 cup milk
|
|
2 eggs
|
|
1/2 cup Bisquick mix
|
|
1 cup shredded monterey jack or cheddar cheese
|
|
salsa
|
|
|
|
sour cream
|
|
avocado
|
|
shredded lettuce
|
|
1 tsp cilantro
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Cook ground beef and onion in skillet until browned
and drain. Stir in seasoning, add cilantro and spoon in to
greased, 9-inch pie plate.

Stir milk, eggs and Bisquick until blended. Pour
into pie plate.
|
|
|
Back for 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Sprinkle with
cheese and bake another 10 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.

|
Top with sour cream, shredded lettuce, salsa and avocado.
