     Hash Brown and Egg Brunch

Ingredients
24 oz pkg frozen hash brown
1 stick margarine
4 c shredded cheese
2 c diced ham
4 oz mushrooms
4 eggs, beaten
1 c milk
1/2 tsp salt
2 T dry onion flakes
 

Instructions
Press hash browns into greased 9x13 dish. Melt margarine and pour over top, bake at 425 for 25 min. Layer cheese, mushrooms, ham over potatoes. Beat eggs, salt, onion flakes, and milk and pour over mixture. Bake at 350 for 35-40 min. Let set 15-20 min before serving.
