Mix together ingredients in order. Pour in a greased and floured pan and bake at 350 for 30-35 min.
Frosting-
Cook 1/4 c flour and 1 c milk until thick, then cool about 1/2 hr in fridge.
1 c sugar, 1/2 c crisco, and 1/2 c oleo
beat together until very creamy then mix with above.
