     Salmon Patties

Ingredients
1 can salmon deboned
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
flour to thicken into patties
chopped onion optional
cracker crumbled
1/2 c Milk guessing she never measured
 

Instructions
Mix salmon egg and milk in bowl, and add enough flour to thicken so it simi holds together. On a piece of wax paper place cracker crumbs (Mom crunched hers up with the rolling pin), then drop the salmon mixture, hambuger patty size (2-3 tablespoons), onto the crumbs and coat the patty well with crumbs. Your hands are kinda messy. Place in well greased frying pan and brown on both sides. You may hace to add grease several time depending ou how he cracker crumbs soak it up and how many you are making
you can add te onions and/or finely chopped celery if you want but as you know we did not do onions and celery in ours

we had fried taters and a veggie usually peas with this
