Put all ingredients in a bowl, add milk and mix. (Add 1 tsp. vinegar to sour milk.) Pour into greased cake pan. Make a mixture of 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 1 Tbsp. butter. Mix well and sprinkle over top of batter.
Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
