Mix eggs, cottage cheese, and oregano...set aside.
Brown ground beef and then add taco seasoning,
tomato sauce, and salsa. Simmer 5 minutes.
In a 9 x 13 pan, layer 1/2 of the tortillas, 1/2
meat, cottage cheese mixture, other 1/2 of
tortillas, other 1/2 of meat, and finish with
cheddar cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
