     Chile-Lime Veggie Noodles

Ingredients
Spaghetti or Noodles
1 tsp lime zest
2 tablespoon lime juice
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tsp oil
1 bell pepper (or half of each kind), sliced
1 carrot, sliced
 
2 cloves garlic

Instructions
1. Cook spaghetti (or noodles) as usual.
2. Combine lime zest and juice, soy sauce, hot sauce, brown sugar and garlic in small bowl.
3. Heat wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil, bell peppers and carrot until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 2 minutes
4. Add chile-lime sauce and noodles to pan. Toss to coat.
