Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place chicken breasts in a
large ovenware pot. Peel potatoes, slice 1/2 inch thick and
place on top of chicken. Peel and quarter the onion and put in
pot next. Peel and quarter lengthwise the carrots and cut into
2 inch lengths.
Cut ends off green bean and place in pot. Sprinkle all with
parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Pour sherry over all.
Cover tightly. Bake for 2 hours or until. Engines are tender..
