     SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP

Ingredients
1 c. parmesan cheese
10 oz. spinach, frozen, thawed, drained, chopped
1/3 c. light mayonnaise
14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1 c. cream cheese, soft
1 tsp. garlic, minced
1/3 c. Italian cheese blend
2/3 c. light sour cream
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°. Mix together the parmesan cheese, spinach, and artichoke hearts. Combine remaining ingredients and mix with spinach mixture. Spread into 8x8 pan and top with Italian cheese blend. Bake for 20-30 min. Serve warm with crackers or toasted bread.
