In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat;
Add 1 thinly chopped sweet onion, 2 thinly sliced stalks of celery, two minced garlic cloves & fresh black pepper.
Cook mixture for 7 minutes, while stirring.
Add chopped turnip greens and cook until the turnip greens cook down;
Add ½ pound, cubed, boneless chicken breast; Cook for another minute;
Add 8 cups of chicken broth bringing to a simmer and cook for another 10 minutes (or until chicken is cooked
Stir in 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley. Serve hot.
