     Lemon and Olive Oil Sauce

Ingredients
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp dried oregano
1/2 cup olive oil
kosher salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Whisk lemon juice, mustard, and oregano in a small bowl. While whisking, slowly pour in olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Good with- bow-tie pasta, baby spinach leaves, halved grape tomatoes, and feta.
