Remove pit from avocados and scoop flesh out from skin with spoon into a mixing bowl. Add lemon juice, oil, salt and curried garlic blend.
With back of fork, mash avocado to slightly chunky consistency, mixing thoroughly to evenly distribute. Garnish with fresh chopped scallions or cilantro if desired.
Serve as dip for vegetables, or your favorite dippers.
