Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Rub roast with Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Brown roast, then add 1/2 cup water to keep it from burning. Bake for 3 hours to 3 hours 30 minutes. Occasionally baste with drippings and more Worcestershire sauce. Let roast 15 minutes before slicing. Slice very thin and serve on rolls.
