Add milk to pudding, mix 2 minutes. Add Cool Whip. Line
bottom of 9x13 pan with Graham Crackers. Pour 1/2 mixture
onto crackers, cover with another layer of crackers. Pour rest
of mixture over crackers and cover with crackers. Put in fridge
2 hours.
Heat Chocobake, milk, Karo syrup, and butter. Add powdered
sugar and vanilla. Frost and refrigerate overnight
