Drain can pineapple, save 1/2 cup of the juice. Add
juice to egg, and beat. Add sugar, vinegar, and
flour. Heat over medium heat, and stir until thick,
and refrigerate until cold.
Fold cool whip, apples, pineapple, and peanuts into
cold mixture, and refrigerate several hours until
serving.
