     KOREAN STYLE STRIP STEAK

Ingredients
3 TBS finely grated ginger
3 TBS brown sugar
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 TBS minced garlic
1 TBS sesame oil
2 TSP Sriracha
1/4 cup olive oil
4 one-third inch slices of strip steak
 
2 limes (cut into wedges) optional garnish
1/2 bunch cilantro leaves (optional garnish)

Instructions
Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine. Add the beef and cover with plastic wrap. Let marinate for minimum of a few minutes or up to one hour.
Preheat grill (or grill pan) over medium-high to high heat (I like high to get a good sear then turn it down to medium-high). Remove meat from the marinade and discard marinade. Drizzle with olive oil. Place on the grill and cook 1 to 2 minutes per side. Remove from grill.
Can also cut into strips, bulgogi style.
