Peel and core apples and slice very thin. Toss apples with lemon juice. Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg and toss with apples. Preheat the oven to 400°. Prepare crust by mixing all ingredients just till moist. Roll Crust and put in a deep pie pan. Place apples in uncooked crust, turning slices as necessary to make them lay flat and avoid air spaces.
