Ingredients
2 1/2 Cups Of Self Raising Flour
2 Tablespoons Of Icing Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Of Salt
3 1/4 Cup Of Lemonade
3 1/4 Cup Of Thickened Cream
 

Instructions
Pre-Heat The Oven To 200 Degrees
Sift All The Dry Ingredients Together Eg. Flour,Salt,Icing Sugar.. Make A Well In The Center Then Add The Lemonade And Thickened Cream.. Mix All Ingredients Together With A Butter Knife To Form A Dough..
Place The Dough Onto A Lightly Floured Bench Or Chopping Board.. Knead The Dough So It Forms A Round Ball Shape.. Flatten The Dough Out, Cut The Dough With A Cutter And Cut Into 3cm Thick And 5cm Width..
Brush Over The Tops Of The Scones Lightly With Milk .. This Makes Them Go Golden Brown On The Top.. Bake The Scones In The Over For About 10-15 Minutes ..
