     Zucchini Parm Crisps

Ingredients
1lb zucchini cut into 1/4 inch rounds
1/4 cup shredded parm
1/4 cup panko
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
pepper
 

Instructions
Toss zucchini in oil coating well. Combine panko, cheese salt and pepper. Coat both sides of zucchini pressing to adhere. Put more on top.
Cook 400 on parchment paper 22 minutes.
