Sprinkle first 3 ingredients on bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Pour mixed cake mix over them. Beat cream cheese, butter and pd. sugar drop by spoonfulls onto batter.
Bake 45 minutes @ 350 degrees.
Cool 5 hours. Serve
