     Sausage Potato Stuffing

Ingredients
1 lean pork sausage
2 potatoes peeled and diced
1 and 1/2 cups of chopped celary
3/4 cups of diced sweet onion
3/4 cups of butter
9 cups of soft bread cubes
1/2 dried thyme
1/2 ground sage
1 teaspoon of salt
 
1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
Put sausage,potatoes, celary, onion, and butter in a large, deep skillet. Saute over medium high heat until the sausage is crumbled/cooked evenly.
Combine the bread cubed,thyme, sage, salt and pepper. Toss together the sausage and potato mixture.
Bake with covered casserole for 40 to 50 minutes.
