Ingredients
2 onions, chopped
1 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 1/2 lbs ground beef or turkey or a combo of both
2 bell peppers, diced (I use green and yellow)
2 cans (28oz) whole tomatoes roughly chopped
1/2 c hot chili powder
1/4 c mild chili powder
1 tsp Tabasco
 
2 Tbsp dried thyme
2 Tbsp dried basil
5 bay leaves
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 can each black beans, red kidney beans and navy beans

Instructions
In large saucepan, over medium heat, cook onions, garlic and bell peppers in oil until softened, about 5 minutes. Add meat and cook until brown. Add remaining ingredients. Mix. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 1 hour. Remove bay leaves before serving.
