     BLUE CHEESE DRESSING

Ingredients
1 T. balsamic vinegar
2 T. fine-chopped yellow onion
¼ c. parsley, minced
1 c. mayonnaise (Hellman's or Deep South) no sweet tangy stuff
½ c. sour cream-optional (I like Daisy. If need light- use yogurt)
¼ c. blue cheese, crumbled into fine pieces (use good quality. Avoid the pre-crumbled stuff.)
¼ tsp. salt
Pinch of cayenne pepper
3 strips of crisp cooked bacon, crumbled
 
½ c. milk
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 clove garlic, crushed
¼ tsp. black pepper
Dash of dill, optional

Instructions
Mix the vinegar with the milk, and allow the milk to curdle. Add the yellow onion, garlic, parsley, mayonnaise blue cheese, lemon juice, salt, cayenne pepper, and any optional ingredients you like.
